Suggested Use: Shake bottle. Focus your energy on the base of your spine and visualize the color red. Place a few drops of oil in palm of hand, rub hands together and breathe in. Gently anoint your Root Chakra and Smokey Quartz Crystal with oil. Holding the crystal on your heart, repeat the affirmation or mantra to balance and harmonize the energy of this Chakra.
